Besakih

Pura Besakih, the biggest temple in Bali, located in the eastern part of Bali, exactly in Karangasem district.

This temple stands firmly at the foot of Mount Agung and every ceremony performed there is always crowded by both Hindus from all over Indonesia

The complex consists of 18 Pura Besakih Pura Pura and 1 Utama. Pura Besakih is the center of activities of all existing temples in Bali. Among all pretend that included in the Besakih complex, is the temple Pura Agung Upgrading the largest, most buildings pelinggihnya, most types of upakaranya and is the center and all the temples in Besakih. In Agung Penataran there are 3 main Tri Murti statue of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva is the symbol of God the Creator, Preserver and god god fuser.
